
Industry Leading Channel Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Channel Partner Manager to drive innovation and market growth in APAC by introducing industry-leading technology solutions to enterprise customers through a rapidly growing ecosystem of channel partners.
This role will focus on Australia and New Zealand, with potential for further market expansion. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading Reality Labs B2B Commercial reseller partnerships to scale customer acquisition, category growth, and customer success for Reality Labs B2B products
- Effectively localizing global and regional strategies and programs
- Driving quarterly business plans with partners and owning the day-to-day execution via direct and active relationships with partners
- Building and executing local strategy with managed partners and sales delivery via partner-led go-to-market activities and channel-sales plays
- Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and running quarterly business reviews with regional & global partner exec teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Reality Labs including product, sales, customer success, partner engineering, legal, marketing, and PR
- Performing demand generation activities to support sales performance of the region
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in business development or partnerships at a SaaS company, or major technology hardware vendor in the B2B segment
- Experience driving early-stage product adoption leveraging ecosystems, channel partnerships, and strategies of scale
- Program management skills – ability to manage various competing projects, keep everyone up to date, and follow through on delivery
- Strategic thinking – ability to seek out relevant information to craft strategic, long-term plans along with corresponding targets
- Negotiation – skill in anticipating push and pull factors
- Collaboration skills – prior experience in creating multi-region, cross-functional relationships to lead projects successfully
- Analytical – ability to leverage data to develop business plans, understand customers, and analyze program effectiveness
- Professional working fluency in Korean to support commercial market expansion opportunities
