We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for expansion, building relationships with existing and potential customers, and developing a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities in the defined market
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Developing a robust sales strategy to drive business growth
- Supporting local marketing and technical campaigns
- Delivering specialized equipment solutions to meet customer needs
- Conducting site visits as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in business development or sales (preferably in mining or heavy machinery)
- Knowledge of lifting and rigging markets (desired)
- A proactive and ambitious mindset to drive business growth
- The ability to foster strong relationships with customers
- Proven problem-solving skills to deliver tailored solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An Australian driver's license
