Job Opportunity: Business Development Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and converting leads within the defined market.

This role involves proactively approaching and building relationships with existing and potential customers to develop a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous BDM or sales experience, preferably in mining or heavy machinery, as well as experience in lifting and rigging markets. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in mining or heavy machinery
