Change Management Specialist

As a seasoned Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading transformative change through strategic implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify crucial change prerequisites.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to refine change strategies as needed.
  • Facilitating working groups and training sessions for smooth transitions.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with teams, stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors.
  • Executing comprehensive change strategies with communication and training plans.
  • Maintaining open communication with IT Services Business Engagement and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing project progress, coordinating internal and external activities.
  • Designing systems to gauge change adoption and address gaps.
  • Administering, monitoring, and offering insights on change progress.
  • Identifying project risks and proposing solutions for change dynamics.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or similar fields.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in managing and implementing change within complex IT projects.
  • Familiarity with technologies relevant to Aged Care, NDIS care, and school sectors.
  • Excellent planning, implementing, and monitoring skills for positive and collaborative change.
  • Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Extensive engagement with senior stakeholders, training, and adept communication.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships across organisational units.
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills for crafting high-quality change strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on positive outcomes for both business and personnel.
  • Proficient in negotiation and relationship management.
  • Change management qualifications (Prosci or similar) are desirable.
