- Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers - deliver professional, courteous reception and front desk services, ensuring every individual is connected to the right person or information with ease and respect for diverse backgrounds.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support - manage correspondence, records, data entry, reports, mail, invoices, bookings, and supplies, while assisting with projects and maintaining tidy, well-organised workspaces.
- Support meetings and events - handle room bookings, setup and pack-down, guest refreshments, tech support, catering, and distribution of materials to ensure smooth and professional experiences.
- Champion collaboration, confidentiality, and inclusion - assist colleagues during busy periods, maintain accurate logs and internal resources, escalate concerns appropriately, and uphold values of diversity, human rights, and cultural respect.

Requirements- Relevant qualification in business services or equivalent hands-on experience in administration.
