Transformation Management Specialist

Our forward-thinking organisation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Management Specialist to play a pivotal role in an organisational and cultural transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the change impact of the transformation across various departments and teams.
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption while minimising resistance.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and potential challenges to transformation adoption.
  • Design and deliver communication plans to ensure that employees are well-informed about the upcoming changes and the benefits they bring.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enable them to effectively lead their teams through the transformation process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of transformation initiatives, gathering feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
