Job Description

As a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Loyalty Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive the growth of our popular loyalty program.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver initiatives that prioritize customer value and align with our loyalty strategy. Your focus will be on increasing member engagement and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing, nurturing, and expanding key partnerships with external partners to our loyalty program and driving customer engagement.
  • Negotiating and executing partnership agreements that align with strategic goals, loyalty initiatives, and best-in-market offerings.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of partnerships, implementing strategies to optimize customer engagement, earn, and financial outcomes.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the business and affiliate partners.
  • Designing and delivering initiatives that prioritize customer value and align with our loyalty strategy, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in loyalty program partnership management.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value through loyalty initiatives.
  • Proven success in managing and growing partnerships in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering business insights and presenting strategic initiatives to stakeholders, including senior leadership teams.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills with a focus on customer journey design and data-led decision-making.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and adaptability in dynamic environments.
