This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can drive growth and engagement in a loyalty program.

The Loyalty Partnerships Manager will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to increase member engagement and perceived customer value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing affiliate partnerships to drive customer engagement
  • Negotiating and executing partnership agreements that align with business goals
  • Monitoring and analysing performance of partnerships to optimise outcomes
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the business and affiliate partners

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in loyalty program partnership management
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value through loyalty initiatives
  • Proven success in managing and growing partnerships in fast-paced environments
