
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to spearhead and execute our Financial Services Partnerships program. As a key member of our Customer Loyalty & Data Team, you will be responsible for overseeing key partners to boost customer redemptions and drive revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage existing partnerships with prominent stakeholders to enhance the company's Partnerships offerings and customer base.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and performance, including monitoring partnership performance, analysing data, and implementing strategies to optimise financial outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, trends, and areas for innovation.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in Financial Services and/or Relationship management, as well as strong project management and cross-functional skills. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
