Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a critical aspect of our business strategy, and we are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our initiatives.

About the Role:

This CRM & Loyalty Manager position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth in customer engagement and retention. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns, personalized customer experiences, and loyalty program strategies to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention rates.
  • Manage the development and optimization of lifecycle marketing journeys, from welcome and onboarding sequences to re-engagement campaigns.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evolve program benefits, promotions, and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Safeguard the brand through best-practice data governance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth in customer engagement and retention.
  • Experience managing loyalty programs, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience using CRM, ESP, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
