Strategic Broker Partnership Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Broker Partnership Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic trading relationships with a designated panel of top-tier brokers.

  • Manage a panel of brokers and develop a deep understanding of their business to identify strategic and transactional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to deliver our value proposition across all segments.
  • Drive communication, transparency, and accountability across broker relationships and internal teams.
  • Analyse competitor intelligence and develop plans to gain market advantage.
  • Design and embed multi-tiered relationship infrastructure across relevant lines and segments.
  • Represent the company at industry events and ensure consistent messaging in partnership with marketing and leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5–7 years of industry experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
  • ANZIIF CIP membership or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships and strategic plans.
  • Experience in relationship/strategic selling, ideally within insurance.
  • Operational management experience and a passion for driving business growth.
