Customer Loyalty Strategist

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Loyalty Strategist to drive the development and execution of our loyalty program for Liquorland. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating strategic plans to enhance customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement loyalty campaigns that meet business objectives. Your expertise in marketing, CRM, and data analytics will help us optimize our loyalty program and improve customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing loyalty strategies that drive customer engagement and retention
  • Designing and implementing loyalty campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyzing customer data to inform loyalty program decisions
  • Managing and optimizing loyalty budget to maximize ROI
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or loyalty management
  • Strong understanding of consumer research and analytics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize loyalty budgets
  • Tertiary qualifications in Advertising/Marketing/Business
