Area Growth Manager Role Overview:
The Area Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion in the assigned region, maintaining and growing an existing client base, and developing strong professional relationships.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing and B2B environments, proven ability to drive sales growth, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business expansion in the assigned region
- Maintain and grow existing client base within the region
- Develop strong, long-term professional relationships through regular client visits and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams to achieve quotas and objectives
- Manage resources efficiently to achieve business targets
- Report on business results and forecasting to senior management
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of manufacturing and a B2B environment
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage a region
- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
