We're seeking a Business Growth Ambassador to accelerate our sales pipeline.
About the Role
As a Business Growth Ambassador, you'll be responsible for qualifying and converting warm inbound leads, marketing qualified leads, and prospecting for new business opportunities. You'll conduct exploratory calls with prospect merchants, effectively qualify sales opportunities, and schedule meetings and calls between qualified merchants and Zeller Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert warm inbound leads, marketing qualified leads, and prospect for new business opportunities;
- Conduct exploratory calls with prospect merchants to qualify sales opportunities;
- Schedule meetings and calls between qualified merchants and Zeller Account Executives;
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, customer success, or product/onboarding specialist roles;
- Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques (including cold calls and outreach);
- Track record of achieving sales-performance or activity-based goals;
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce);
- Excellent written, verbal, conversational, and listening skills;
- Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, identifying target customers, evaluating buyer interest, recognizing decision-making processes, and qualifying customers;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative work style;
