We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and nurturing long-term relationships within the legal and professional services sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence in the ANZ region, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance excellence, with a focus on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts across ANZ, driving full-funnel sales activity from prospecting through to commercial negotiation and onboarding.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client pain points, organisational structures, and buying processes; tailor solutions that align with strategic outcomes.
  • Lead impactful product demonstrations and client meetings that effectively articulate our business value and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product, legal, engineering, and GTM teams to inform our roadmap and surface client needs.
  • Nurture deep, long-term relationships with legal, innovation, and executive stakeholders across the region.
  • Document learnings, refine messaging, and help build scalable processes to accelerate regional growth.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably with exposure to AI, legaltech, or vertical software.
  • A proven track record of success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
  • An interest in the legal industry and a commitment to enhancing knowledge work through technology.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales practices in the ANZ region.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with a collaborative attitude towards working cross-functionally.
