Key Account Development Manager

As a Key Account Development Manager, you will cultivate and grow your career by executing daily selling activities at store level. You will be involved in growing market share and revenue base in channels where the company currently doesn't hold market leading positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive in-store activity and brand awareness through product demonstrations and events.
  • Provide training and coaching to upskill team members.
  • Be responsible for achievement of store sales targets including the overall product mix for identified key products.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Sales experience in an external role or within a retail sales environment.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic focus.
  • Ability to understand a large range of products and offerings across all channels.
  • Experience using Sales CRM's is preferable.
