An innovative role exists to enhance productivity and accelerate growth. As the Director of Sales Enablement – APAC, you will serve as a trusted member of senior leadership teams across the region. Your primary objective is to identify and address day-to-day sales challenges through targeted programs and strategic guidance.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with APAC sales leaders, becoming a trusted advisor to drive productivity and accelerate growth.
- Design and implement targeted programs to address and close performance gaps in sales operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales enablement and productivity initiatives across the APAC Enterprise and Commercial sales teams.
- Provide expert guidance on sales frameworks, skills development, tools, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with global enablement peers to share best practices and ensure regional adoption and global consistency.
- Engage directly with teams to embed consistent application of key sales methodologies.
- Support the development and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs for APAC and global teams.
- Advise enablement program leads on quarterly priorities and provide input into content development.
- Partner with sales leadership to deliver targeted coaching for individual contributors and managers.
This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years' success in B2B field sales, preferably with experience engaging both commercial and technical stakeholders. Strong influencing and communication skills are essential, along with high-energy engagement and motivational abilities.
A bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline is desirable, with a strong understanding of product positioning and industry trends. Experience in sales enablement or productivity-focused roles is highly valued.
