HR Systems Administrator

The HR Business Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a broad range of HR services. This position involves developing, implementing, and overseeing projects to enhance the organisational effectiveness of the HRIS team and VMCH's People Services.
Key Responsibilities- Systems Governance: Plan, manage, and implement changes, adaptations, and enhancements to HRIS systems to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
- HRIS System Support and Administration: Provide expert support for the implementation and maintenance of new and existing HR management systems, ensuring accurate configuration and effective operation.
- People and Team: Collaborate with all members of People Services to promote the vision and goals of the organisation, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
To succeed in this position, you will possess:
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated technical understanding of HRIS systems, particularly EmpLive, with a proven track record of implementing and managing complex systems.
- Collaborative Approach: A collaborative and consultative approach to program/project management, with experience working with large, complex organisations.
- Project Management: Proven experience in end-to-end project management of HR initiatives, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Communication and Relationship-Building: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting demands.
- System Security and Data Backup: Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery procedures, with a focus on ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
