Job Title: Head of People Systems

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR technology strategy and ensuring our systems effectively support our people processes. You will lead the implementation, optimization, and integration of our HR platforms, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Technology Strategy: Create a strategic vision for HR technology, focusing on UKG and SuccessFactors, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead HR Systems Implementation: Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR systems to align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and processes.
  • Enhance User Experience: Gather feedback and implement improvements to HR systems to enhance the employee experience.
  • Lead and Mentor HR Technology Professionals: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by leading and mentoring a team of HR technology professionals.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR technology remains cutting-edge and effective.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: Extensive leadership experience, with up to 7 direct reports and over 60 indirect reports.
  • HR Systems Experience: Proven experience in managing HR systems, specifically UKG (Kronos) and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for HR Transformation: A passion for HR transformation and a commitment to creating a positive employee experience.
