About the Role

The HR Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a broad range of HR services. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing projects to enhance the organisational effectiveness of the HRIS team and VMCH's People Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Governance: Plan, manage, and implement changes, adaptations, and enhancements to HRIS systems.
  • HRIS System Support and Administration: Support the implementation and maintenance of new and existing HR management systems, ensuring accurate configuration and effective operation.
  • People and Team: Work effectively with all members of People Services and promote the vision and goals of the organisation.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

  • Demonstrated technical understanding of HRIS systems, particularly EmpLive.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach to program/project management with large, complex organisations.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management of HR initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting demands.
  • Experience in defining and driving the successful implementation of HR systems.
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
