Payroll/hr Administrator

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a current HR student or recent graduate looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a multi-faceted work environment. Both fulltime and part-time (3 days) is available.
**Key Responsibilities**:
At People Power Consulting, we specialise in providing top-notch HR solutions to several small/mid-sized businesses. As a Payroll/HR Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients' payroll processes and HR operations.
- In this role you will be required to assist with: _
- Assist in processing payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
- Organising and maintaining personnel records
- Updating databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Answer queries about Payroll and HR-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with relevant labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- General Payroll/HR administration tasks and provide support to HR Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant HR/Administrative experience OR pursing HR qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the ever-changing job market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus
