About the Role

The HR Business Systems Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a broad range of HR services. This involves developing, implementing, and overseeing projects to enhance the organisational effectiveness of the HRIS team and VMCH's People Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Governance: Plan, manage, and implement changes, adaptations, and enhancements to HRIS systems to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • HRIS System Support and Administration: Provide expert support for the implementation and maintenance of new and existing HR management systems, ensuring accurate configuration and effective operation.
  • People and Team: Collaborate with all members of People Services to promote the vision and goals of the organisation, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Technical expertise in HRIS systems, particularly EmpLive, with a proven track record of implementing and managing complex systems.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach to program/project management, with experience in end-to-end project management of HR initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in defining and driving the successful implementation of HR systems, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
