HR Systems Administrator

About the Role
The HR Business Systems Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a comprehensive range of HR services. This position involves developing, implementing, and overseeing projects to enhance the organisational effectiveness of the HRIS team and VMCH's People Services. Additionally, the role focuses on updating, maintaining, and managing HRIS systems, interfaces, and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Governance: Plan, manage, and implement changes, adaptations, and enhancements to HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- HRIS System Support and Administration: Provide expert support for the implementation and maintenance of new and existing HR management systems, ensuring accurate configuration and effective operation.
- People and Team: Foster strong relationships with all members of People Services, promoting the vision and goals of the organisation and driving collaboration and innovation.
About You
To succeed in this position, you will possess a strong technical understanding of HRIS systems, particularly EmpLive, and a collaborative approach to program/project management with large, complex organisations. You will also have proven experience in end-to-end project management of HR initiatives, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting demands.
