Leadership Role in Fleet Sales

This pivotal leadership position within our Automotive Retail brand requires a skilled professional to lead high-performing teams, build strong relationships with OEM partners and Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs), and ensure consistent customer experience across both states.

About the Position

The successful candidate will report to the Franchise Director, Retail, and be accountable for achieving monthly and quarterly sales volumes, revenue, and margin targets across NSW and VIC fleet operations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to maximise fleet sales and profitability, collaborating on pricing and product launches, and overseeing fleet tender submissions.

  • Strategic Sales & Commercial Execution: Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective strategy development and execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term loyalty and growth.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the VIC and NSW Fleet and Corporate Sales teams to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the use of digital tools and CRM systems to improve pipeline visibility, quoting efficiency, and sales conversion tracking.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience in fleet and corporate sales leadership, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Relationship Management: Strong track record of relationship management and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.
  • Automotive Fleet Expertise: Deep understanding of the automotive fleet sales ecosystem, including FMO dynamics, tender processes, and OEM relations.
  • Current Driver's Licence: Essential requirement.
