Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive fleet sales growth, expand our customer base, and maximise profitability within the Subaru portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales volume targets for fleet and corporate sales.
  • Meet or surpass Gross Profit Per Unit (GPU) targets by identifying new opportunities and capitalising on existing ones.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to secure new fleet customers and grow market share.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Subaru products to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fleet sales is essential for driving growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in a national fleet sales role with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding vehicle sales targets.
  • Strong relationships with medium business, corporate partnerships, government accounts, and fleet leasing companies.
