ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Fleet Services Consultant to join the Custom Fleet team and play a key role in ensuring that all client requests via telephone or email are complied with and executed within required time frames. This ensures that all interactions with both internal and external customers are professional and of a consistently high standard to achieve desired results for both Custom Fleet and our customers.

Essential duties:

· Ensuring timely & accurate registration/infringement management for AU customers (0% unregistered vehicles).

  • Being across all current Registrations, Road User Charges (RUC), custom contact centre, Infringements, toll/fuel management processes & actively drive process change.
  • Actioning any customer fleet data detail changes to support contract administration.
  • Management of the team's inboxes to ensure email response rate is within agreed SLA's.
  • Fuel Card Management via inbox and system requests.
  • Processing of new fuel cards replacements and cancellations (Fleet Card & Third-Party Providers).
  • Liaising daily with the external government departments/suppliers' network to drive accurate and timely registration renewals.
  • Responsible for the management of the Customer Services phone queues for AU.

Other duties:

  • Organized and proactive in managing tasks, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Comfortable using business systems and tools (e.g. Excel, scheduling platforms, reporting dashboards).
  • Good communicator — able to work with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented — keeps track of deadlines, compliance items, and small operational issues.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will portray the following:

  • An interest in the Fleet & or Motor Industry
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment providing high levels of internal and external customer service
  • Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and provide high quality outputs
  • High level attention to detail

Education & Experience

Essential:

· Higher School Certificate/NCEA or equivalent required.

· years plus of customer service/administration experience.

· Strong processing experience with the ability to work at speed with high accuracy.

· Demonstrated ability to work to required Service Level Agreements.

· Proven team-based approach – work as part of a team to achieve results & meet deadlines.

Other:

· Prior experience working in a similar role within the fleet industry and/or financial services industry highly regarded.

· Ability to analyse and interpret detailed data / results.
