Job Opportunity

This role focuses on developing and executing fleet sales strategies to drive growth within the national market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop short- and long-term fleet sales plans to meet annual targets.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and dealerships to promote fleet business development in local areas.
  • Identify and acquire new fleet clients through direct engagement, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired).
  • More than 10 years' experience in fleet sales, business development, or a related automotive field.
  • Strategic mindset and commercial acumen with a strong background in fleet and FMO sales.
Fleet Strategy

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new fleet business, building relationships with customers and dealers, and expanding the fleet presence.

Performance Metrics
  • Consistent growth of fleet sales.
  • Increased market share within the fleet sector.

This position combines strategic planning, business development, and relationship management to strengthen the company's position within the fleet market.
