Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gold Class Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key leadership role and drive the success of our premium cinema location.

About the Role

The Gold Class Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cinema. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and enhance guest service activities to exceed standards
    • Manage kitchen and bar facilities, including stock ordering and inventory management
    • Liaise with suppliers on quality issues and ensure Gold Class presentation meets standards
    • Implement and maintain food and beverage systems, including recipe adherence and product quality
    • Provide a safe work environment by ensuring all team members have knowledge of safety equipment and emergency procedures
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management
    • Effectively manage priorities and commitments, as well as train and motivate team members
    • Develop and lead team members, providing clear directions and instructions to maintain a smooth-running Gold Class experience
    • Ensure all team members have up-to-date product knowledge and provide regular performance appraisals
Financial Performance
  • Revenue and Expense Management
    • Assist in meeting revenue and expense budgets for Gold Class
    • Maximise sales through process and product knowledge, and assist in maximising revenue and yield per patron
    • Ensure accurate, efficient cash handling and audit procedures are carried out
Guest Focus
  • Maintain a high focus on delivering quality guest service and strive to exceed this standard
  • Ensure that employees are focused on guest expectations for the Gold Class Cinema experience
