Lux Crew Member Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Lux Cinema team as Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and seating guests with a big smile and sharing your love for cinema
  • Processing tickets and purchases through the till
  • Serving delicious food & beverages
  • Ensuring the site is clean and well-maintained
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • The ability to go above and beyond for our guests
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service (desirable)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol - RSA essential
Availability:

This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
