Client Service Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our Estate Management team. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for developing strategies and making substitute decisions to manage customer finances.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing financial management plans for customers with complex needs
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, their families, and support networks
- Communicating and engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and existing arrangements
- Completing third-party payments on behalf of customers and working closely with other divisions and external stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes
- Responding to electronic communication, phone enquiries, and initiating, coordinating, and prioritizing actions in response to these requests
- Experience and passion for supporting people with disability, vulnerable, or older people
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with customers with a range of circumstances, including those experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, chronic mental illness, and contact with the criminal justice system
- Flexibility and adaptability to rotate across all teams within Estate Management to ensure optimum service delivery to customers
- Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent industry or professional experience in a relevant area
