Feros Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based in-home physiotherapy services to clients with Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care needs.
  • Lead group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes to promote strength, balance, and wellness in the community.
  • Assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals through personalized support and guidance.
  • Manage daily workload efficiently, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
  • Experience in a community care setting.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.
  • A current unrestricted driver's license.

  • Salary banding between $67,393 - $100,224 plus 11.5% super.
