Role Overview
Are you eager to explore the exciting media landscape? As our new Account Coordinator, you will become part of a collaborative and energetic sales team.
This entry-level position serves as your entry point into the media sector, allowing you to learn, develop, and make a significant impact. We are looking for candidates who possess the right attitude and skills, regardless of prior experience. Your Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with timely and detailed administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, assisting with account activities and internal reporting.
- Engage creatively in designing and preparing client proposals, managing bookings, and producing engaging campaign reports.
- Actively participate in the creative process, managing briefs, client approvals, and material instructions.
- Serve as a key contact in the absence of the Account Manager, ensuring client needs are met with a focus on customer satisfaction.
