About the Role

As a Service Support Officer with HammondCare, you will play a vital role in our frontline care team, providing reliable office-based support to Care Managers, clients, and their representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage timesheets, order personal protective equipment and care worker equipment, and perform staff and client changes, payroll, and client documentation.
  • Client Support: Ensure all client contact is documented in the client management system and reported to the relevant Case Manager, as appropriate.
  • Enquiries and Admissions: Manage incoming enquiries promptly and escalate as necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Perform tasks related to clients, including taking phone calls, ordering stock and equipment, filing, costing invoices, and preparing documentation for client assessments.
Requirements
  • Background and Experience: Administration background or experience with demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Commitment to excellence in customer service principles to ensure consistent provision of exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to record, report, and maintain information.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem-solve with limited supervision.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
