Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at one of our resort locations. As a key member of our front office and food service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk, managing guest issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the reception desk, including greeting and registering guests, and providing information on local attractions and services.
- Assist with managing guest issues and concerns, and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with our food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front office and food service role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including property management systems.
