The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and friendly individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone.
- Sales and Merchandising: Promote our centers' services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments.
- Cash Handling and POS Systems: Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Prospecting and Referrals: Actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner.
- Team Goals and Targets: Achieve individual and team goals and targets as set out with an Assistant Club Manager and the Club Manager.
- Passion for Fitness: Have a passion for health and fitness.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar position is highly advantageous.
- Certifications: Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and a Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check.
