Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Partnership team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through networking and relationship building with key customer stakeholders.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our key trading partners, securing new business opportunities and delivering financial performance in key customer and product portfolios.
You will also be responsible for developing individual growth strategies for each customer, attending internal and external meetings to contribute to the growth of our brands, and identifying needs and opportunities within key accounts to support positive client relationships.

About You
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and highly motivated individual who is proud to assist and make a difference in the lives of those living with disability or looking for work.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Business, sales, customer relations, or marketing management experience
- Experience in the healthcare sector and customer service, customer relations, or business development background
- A working understanding of the NDIS
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Outstanding planning and organizing skills demonstrating initiative when working without direct supervision
- Customer-centric with a desire to drive strong client relationships
