About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and empathetic Guest Relations Executive to join our team at a prestigious financial institution in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our corporate guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervisory guidance and support to the Reception and Switchboard teams, including resolution handling, feedback management, and client service delivery.
  • Coordinate catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements with third-party providers.
  • Manage the MRBS system, including booking, cancellations, and amendments to bookings.
  • Support the Guest Relations Managers with performance reviews and personal development goals.
  • Lead by example, motivate staff, and provide constructive feedback and coaching when needed.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment, development coaching, rosters, and leave management.
  • Provide leadership support in the absence of the Guest Relations Manager.
  • Contribute to online workplace posts and engage with client activations.
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric individual with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint skills. Previous experience in a corporate reception, five-star hotel, or premium services environment is highly regarded.
