Job Title: Manager, Workplace Relations Consulting

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Workplace Relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services, driving team performance and growth, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Operations and Performance: Oversee team operations, budgeting, service quality, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Consulting Services: Deliver workplace relations and consulting services to members and clients on a fee-for-service basis, ensuring exceptional outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure ongoing education and up-to-date knowledge of industrial relations legislation and case law changes to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in law or human resources management or equivalent relevant experience is essential.
  • Industrial Relations Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of employment-related legislation, industrial instruments, and Modern Awards is required.
  • Consulting Experience: Significant experience in delivering consulting services on a fee-paying basis is necessary.
  • Client Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is crucial.
  • Interpretation Skills: Strong knowledge and experience interpreting industrial instruments, HR policies, and procedures is required.
