As a Principal Consultant, you will work with us to develop and implement strategic workplace relations initiatives.

This involves assisting organisations in developing workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts, conducting workplace training on appropriate behaviour, and providing specialist expert advice in workplace relations.

You will be working on a range of challenging projects that include:

  • Developing and implementing workplace relations strategies;
  • Assisting organisations in developing workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts;
  • Conducting workplace training on appropriate workplace behaviour;
  • Sensitive workplace investigations;
  • Secondment arrangements with clients to provide specialised expertise;
  • Wage compliance reviews;
  • Ensuring clients are up to date with industry changes;
  • Providing specialist expert advice in workplace relations.

This role requires end-to-end bargaining experience in highly industrial environments. Formal qualifications and/or experience working within employment law, HR, and/or industrial relations will be highly regarded.
