About this exciting opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Relations Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and growth of our Workplace Relations team.

This role is responsible for overseeing team operations, service quality, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will also ensure ongoing education and up-to-date knowledge of industrial relations legislation and case law changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to deliver high-quality services to clients or members.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of employment-related legislation, industrial instruments, and Modern Awards.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in law or human resources management or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical advice and tailored solutions to team members and clients.
