Workplace Relations Expert

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in hands-on workplace relations work.

We offer a cutting-edge management consultancy specialising in industrial relations to deliver top-tier results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workplace relations strategies including enterprise agreement negotiations and direct engagement models;
  • Support organisations in developing workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts;
  • Conduct workplace training on appropriate workplace behaviour;
  • Sensitive workplace investigations;
  • Secondment arrangements with clients to provide specialised expertise;
  • Wage compliance reviews, including underpayment rectification and M&A due diligence;
  • Ensure clients are up to date with industry changes; and
  • Provide specialist expert advice in workplace relations on modern awards, enterprise agreements, performance management, change management projects and employee entitlements.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end bargaining experience in highly industrial environments.

A solutions-focused approach, detail orientation and strong communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for this role.
