Job Title: Graduate Workplace Relations Advisor

The role involves providing industrial relations and workplace health and safety advice to members. Additionally, it encompasses coordinating and delivering training sessions, drafting educational articles, representing members at Fair Work conciliation conferences, and offering administrative support.

This position requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can negotiate, problem solve, and educate others on consumer law obligations. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong understanding of workplace responsibilities and be able to assist in bridging gaps in knowledge, policies, and procedures.

The key tasks include advising and supporting members in relation to industrial relations, pay queries, and workplace health and safety queries, preparing and updating wage guides, and creating and delivering industrial relations training and information sessions.

This role demands a high level of analytical ability, attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills, as well as the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
