We are seeking a seasoned HR Strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of industrial relations initiatives, aligning with the future of work. This newly created role will have a profound impact on our organization's success.

The Opportunity

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for leading enterprise agreements negotiation and implementation, fostering effective working relationships with unions, associations, and other workplace representatives. You will also provide strategic and tactical IR advice and support on complex issues.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations; or extensive relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in providing high-quality advice and support in relation to IR and ER matters.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with significant experience undertaking workplace investigations.
