Job Description

Are you a dynamic hospitality professional with experience in running a motel? This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a 20 room motel on the northside of Brisbane. Your responsibilities will include managing employee performance, coordinating recruitment, induction, training and development of housekeeping staff.

As a seasoned hospitality expert, you will oversee front office and housekeeping operations, provide support and training on motel standards, policies and procedures, operational requirements and business objectives. You will meet and exceed expectations through proactive management and identify sales and marketing opportunities to foster a culture of continuous business improvement.

Key responsibilities will include resolving guest concerns in a timely manner to ensure excellent guest satisfaction, monitoring statutory and maintenance activities across all functions of the motel, and assisting with compliance in WH&S, licensing, fire regulations and essential services.
