Park Motor Inn and The Arbour Boutique Apartments are situated in Beautiful Toowoomba area close to local cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues. Offering accommodation, meeting, and conference facilities to guests.

About the role;

Park Motor Inn and The Arbour Boutique Apartments is currently seeking a Hotel Management Couple for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity for a very hands-on role, that requires you to work across various departments of the properties, whilst living onsite.

The successful applicants will be required to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business including all management and administration. Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager, the ideal candidates will have a passion for hotels, delivering professional service and hospitality along with previous experience in a similar role.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on couple to live onsite and manage all aspects of the business, including:

Guest services and front office management

Housekeeping supervision and support

General maintenance and grounds upkeep

Managing bookings and revenue systems

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction

Deliver superior service to our guests.

Assist in the management of in-house conferences and group bookings.

Responsibility of the overnight On-Call phone as required.

The Ideal Couple

Previous experience in motel or hospitality management (preferred)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proficiency with property management systems and general technology tools, Newbook highly regarded.

Strong administration and hotel operations experience

Solid understanding of budgets and profit & loss (P&L) management

Knowledge of compliance, WHS, and licensing requirements

Experience in human resources and staff management

A hands-on, self-motivated, and reliable approach to daily operations

Ability to lead small teams, manage contractors, and oversee all aspects of motel operations

Qualifications/Licences and Experience criteria req:

RSA & RMLV

First aid preferred

Driver's licence and vehicle is required.

Valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - or willing to obtain.
