Hotel Management Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a couple to take on the challenge of managing a hotel and its surrounding facilities.

The successful applicants will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, including front office management, guest services, housekeeping supervision, general maintenance, and grounds upkeep.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing bookings and revenue systems">
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction">
  • Delivering superior service to our guests">
  • Assisting in the management of in-house conferences and group bookings">
  • Responsibility of the overnight On-Call phone as required">

Requirements include:

  • ">
  • Previous experience in motel or hospitality management (preferred)">
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills">
  • Proficiency with property management systems and general technology tools">
  • Strong administration and hotel operations experience">
  • Solid understanding of budgets and profit & loss (P&L) management">
  • Knowledge of compliance, WHS, and licensing requirements">
  • Experience in human resources and staff management">
  • A hands-on, self-motivated, and reliable approach to daily operations">
  • Ability to lead small teams, manage contractors, and oversee all aspects of motel operations">
  • RSA & RMLV qualifications, First aid preferred, Driver's licence and vehicle required, Valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - or willing to obtain">
