Job Title: Commercial Partnerships Loyalty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partnerships Loyalty Manager to join our team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a key member of our commercial partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new commercially beneficial partnerships, working closely with internal teams to grow our external partnerships portfolio at pace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Loyalty Strategy: Champion the Customer Loyalty value proposition, onboard and support new partners, and align joint initiatives with Customer Loyalty strategy for success.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partner relationships, resolve conflicts and challenges in partnerships, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Performance and Trend Monitoring: Track industry loyalty trends and competitor actions, measure and report partner performance using key metrics.
  • Strategic Planning and Innovation: Plan and evaluate new initiatives with business leadership, ensure key stakeholders understand partner objectives, and stay updated on industry trends and digital advances.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial partner management/sales.
  • Understanding of core marketing principles for co-promotions.
  • Loyalty understanding not critical, though highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of the current loyalty market, players, and programs, especially in retail, travel, FS, utilities.
  • Understanding of loyalty coalition mechanisms, loyalty commercials, analytics, and ROI mechanisms.
  • Loyalty partnerships experience and solid understanding of loyalty programs and core loyalty principles.
