We are seeking a highly proactive Marketing Associate (Loyalty & Partnerships) to join our small and growing team at Victoryoncology. As a key member of our core founding team, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation and execution of our world-first loyalty and community programs.
Key Responsibilities- Owning our community calendar initiatives to plan and execute monthly initiatives that build authentic connections with our customers
- Owning the execution of our new loyalty program, a first-of-its-kind in the industry
- Listening to our customers to improve community and loyalty incentives, applying a creative lens that is ambitious and out-of-the-box
- Acting as a lead liaison to our customer community, communicating feedback to the business to drive improvements across product and marketing
- Helping the business strategize ideas and improvements to further drive loyalty amongst our customer base
- Proactively identifying brands to partner with to strengthen our loyalty and community program and add value to customers
- Assisting in the development of creative and authentic content in collaboration with our marketing team
- Owning the execution of public activations and pop-ups as part of our partnerships and brand building strategy
- Managing public communication to customers outside the customer service channel, such as responding to comments and engaging with our public community
- Assisting in other areas of the business as needed, whether it be wholesale sales, customer service, or content marketing
- Leading the launch of our world-first community program
- Leading the launch of our social media forums
- Planning the next 6 months of community building at Victoryoncology
- Leading the project management of brand activations and pop-ups
- Assisting our marketing team to capture high-quality content
- Working with our customer service team to respond to customer inquiries
- Responding to wholesale inquiries as needed
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management, with outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated project management experience, such as event planning or account management
- Experience in a high-growth environment and comfortable with navigating change and uncertainty
- Bias towards action, and an entrepreneurial spirit to constantly try novel and unconventional ways of achieving results
- Ability to manage complicated projects and tight deadlines, with accountability for delivering on time
- Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact
