Job Description

The Commercial Partnerships Loyalty Manager is a key role within Flight Centre Travel Group, responsible for identifying and onboarding new commercially beneficial partnerships. This position requires a strong understanding of the commercial loyalty partnerships process and the ability to evaluate, develop, and manage commercial relationships with external parties to create market value within the Customer Loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Loyalty Strategy
    • Champion the Customer Loyalty value proposition and align joint initiatives with Customer Loyalty strategy for success.
    • Onboard and support new partners to ensure a seamless integration into the Customer Loyalty program.
  • Partner Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
    • Resolve conflicts and challenges in partnerships to ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute joint initiatives.
  • Performance and Trend Monitoring
    • Track industry loyalty trends and competitor actions to stay ahead of the market.
    • Measure and report partner performance using key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning and Innovation
    • Plan and evaluate new initiatives with business leadership to drive business growth and revenue.
    • Ensure key stakeholders understand partner objectives and align with the overall business strategy.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and digital advances to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial partner management or sales.
  • Understanding of core marketing principles for co-promotions.
  • Loyalty understanding is not critical, though highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of the current loyalty market, players, and programs, especially in retail, travel, FS, and utilities.
  • Understanding of loyalty coalition mechanisms and loyalty commercials, analytics, and ROI mechanisms.
  • Experience in loyalty partnerships and solid understanding of loyalty programs and core loyalty principles.
