Commercial Partnerships Manager

As a Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new commercially beneficial partnerships, growing the external partnerships portfolio, and developing commercial relationships to create market value within the Customer Loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities:- Champion the Customer Loyalty value proposition
- Onboard and support new partners
- Align joint initiatives with Customer Loyalty strategy for success
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Resolve conflicts and challenges in partnerships
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Track industry loyalty trends and competitor actions
- Measure and report partner performance using key metrics
- Plan and evaluate new initiatives with business leadership
- Ensure key stakeholders understand partner objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital advances
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial partner management / sales
- Understanding of core marketing principles for co-promotions
- Loyalty Understanding: Not critical, though highly regarded
- Knowledge of the current loyalty market, players and programs, especially in retail, travel, FS, utilities
- Understanding of Loyalty coalition mechanisms
- Understanding of Loyalty commercials, analytics and ROI mechanisms
- Experience in Loyalty partnerships
- Solid understanding of loyalty programs and core loyalty principles (reward mechanisms, member engagement strategies, program optimisation, etc.)
